How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders will be shipped 3-5 days after the payment has been processed. Once shipped by the courier, delivery of your package can range between 10-14 days depending on the delivery destination and the efficiency of your local postal service. Most Items are shipped from the warehouse in China, but some items that are shipped domestically can arrive sooner. 

Can I ask for expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we only offer standard shipping rates and speeds. We are working on getting faster shipping options for the future. If you are concerned about an item arriving before a particular date, please contact us first to determine if there is something we can do to expedite it.

How can I track my order?

All orders will include a tracking number which will be sent to you once the order has been shipped out. You can track most orders at aftership.com. 

I can't track my order, what should I do?

Some tracking numbers experience a pause in updates when they are going through customs, but most tracking numbers should appear within 5 days of shipment. If you are unable to track your item after 5 days, please contact us at info@flyasfk.com

I still haven't received my order, where is it?

If your tracking info indicates that your item has still NOT BEEN DELIVERED after 30 days of shippment, please contact us so that we can create a claim with the courier. In this instance, its possible that your package was lost, which is eligible for a full refund. However, if your tracking number indicates that your package has been DELIVERED - but you still have not received it, it will not be eligible for a refund. Its very rare that this occurs, but if you have any concerns, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Please do not start a dispute with your credit card or paypal without contacting us first.

My item was delivered damaged.

If you receive your package and notice that its damaged, please take photos of the damage as proof. You will be eligible for a refund if you report it to us with 30 days of receiving it.
